The following includes a list of forms that are used to apply for this immigration benefit. Pictures, money orders and supplemental documents are to be attached to each respective form. When more than one form is required, a package of forms with attached supplemental documents is to be submitted. In order to be eligible to apply for an immigration benefit, a person must be eligible according to applicable laws and regulations. Extensive legal research is a very important part of this process.
