Asylum and Withholding of Removal

USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) and EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review ) forms, mailing addresses, instructions and most importantly applicable laws and regulations are updated periodically.  Despite our best efforts, due to the volume of documents published by USCIS and EOIR, these documents may not be current.  USCIS at www.uscis.gov and www.justice.gov/eoir/  continues to provide free and updated information on forms, instructions and most importantly applicable laws and regulations.

The following includes a list of forms that are used to apply for this immigration benefit.  Pictures, money orders and supplemental documents are to be attached to each respective form. When more than one form is required, a package of forms with attached supplemental documents is to be submitted.  In order to be eligible to apply for an immigration benefit, a person must be eligible according to applicable laws and regulations.  Extensive legal research is a very important part of this process.  USCIS or EOIR publications provide very helpful information.
